Trust me, as someone who's spent hours doing this, just hold the message, tap 'Unsave' and repeat. Your fingers will get a workout!
Just go to the chat, long-press each saved message, and hit 'Unsave'. It's a manual grind, but it works every time.
To delete all saved chats, press and hold each saved message, then tap 'Unsave in Chat'. Rinse and repeat till your chat is squeaky clean!
