On iOS, go to Safari in Settings and tap 'Clear History and Website Data.' On Android, clear cache in the Facebook app info.
In the Facebook app, go to 'Settings & Privacy' > 'Settings' > 'Browser' > 'Clear' to clean out cache. Worked for me!
Just uninstall and reinstall the app. Less hassle!
