Honestly, the easiest way is to contact Crunchyroll support directly through their [Help Center](https://www.crunchyroll.com/help?topic=contact). They should be able to assist you quickly.
Deleting your account is done through the Crunchyroll website. Navigate to account settings, and you should find an option to delete your account.
Good luck finding that delete button... maybe it's hiding with the one for that old MySpace account you never really deleted.
