Just a heads up, deleting your Animal Crossing save is permanent! So double-check before you make that leap. I accidentally deleted mine and, oh boy, was that a rollercoaster of emotions. Make sure it's what you want!

Heads up, if you're looking to restart your game, deleting your save data in Animal Crossing: New Horizons is the way to go. But think hard about it, losing all those bells and your island's progress is no joke!

Erasing your Animal Crossing: New Horizons data is like saying goodbye to a little world, but if you must, here's how: On your Nintendo Switch, go to System Settings, scroll down to Data Management, then go to 'Delete Save Data'. Find Animal Crossing from the list, and confirm you want to delete it. Remember, this wipes everything, so make sure you really want to start afresh!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
