To delete your Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 save data on PS4, go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage. Then delete the save file for Xenoverse 2. Easy peasy!
Deleting Xenoverse 2 save data on Xbox is simple - just navigate to My Games & Apps, select Xenoverse 2, hit the menu button, choose Manage Game and then 'Saved data'. Highlight your save and delete it!
Had to delete my Xenoverse 2 save on Switch once. Just went to System Settings > Data Management > Save Data/Screenshots and Videos and nuked it! Worked like a charm.
On PC, just go to the 'My Games' folder in your Documents, find the Xenoverse 2 folder, and delete the save data. Pro tip: Remember to back it up if you might want it later!
