Go to your Friends list, hover over the 'Friends' button next to their name, and select 'Unfriend'. Easy-peasy!
Why not just use the 'Privacy Shortcuts' in the Facebook settings? You can manage friends and quickly unfriend from there.
Make a 'Close Friends' list, move people there and then selectively unfriend from that list! That's what I did. Worked like a charm!
Use the Facebook mobile app, go to their profile, tap on the three dots, and select 'Unfriend'. Bye-bye awkward friend!
