Super easy! Open Finder, go to ~/Library/Application Support/Undertale, and just move the files to the Trash.

Just go to '~/Library/Application Support/Undertale' and nuke those files.

You can also hit CMD + Shift + G in Finder, type ~/Library/Application Support/Undertale, then select and delete the game files.
