Just uninstall and reinstall the game. If you're on iOS, make sure you're signed out of Game Center before reinstalling. For Android, sign out of Google Play Games.

If you want to start fresh with Hay Day, the best way is by creating a new Game Center (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account. This way, you can begin a new game without any data from your old farm.
