Unfortunately, you can't delete your Hay Day progress directly. But you can contact Supercell support and request a data deletion.

From what I know, the only way is to reach out to Supercell support. They can help you reset your game.

You can't manually delete your Hay Day progress. Hit up Supercell support, and they can take care of it.
