Speaking from experience, the easiest way is to head to your profile settings, find 'Posts You’ve Liked,' and unlike them one by one. Yeah, it's a bit tedious!
Sorry, there's no mass unlike button. You'll need to scroll through your 'Posts You’ve Liked' and manually unlike each one.
Why bother deleting likes? Just enjoy the memories you made liking those posts!
