You can check your Activity Log by clicking on your profile picture, finding the post, then clicking the 'Like' icon to unlike. Simple!
From my experience, you can delete likes by heading to your Activity Log. Navigate to the 'Likes and Reactions' section, find the post you want to unlike, and click the three dots next to it. Select 'Remove reaction' and you鈥檙e good to go!
