Been there, done that! You can hide Marketplace from your shortcut list, but you can't remove it entirely. Just ignore it like I do!
You can't remove it. Just like you can't remove your uncle's awkward dance moves at a wedding.
You can't really 'delete' Marketplace from Facebook, but you can hide it from your shortcuts bar or simply choose not to use it. Just click on the three dots on Marketplace in the shortcuts bar and hit 'Hide from Shortcut Bar.'
