How to delete messages in Facebook
Sure thing! Just open the conversation, hover over the message you wanna delete, click on the three dots (...) that appear, and select 'Remove for You'. If it's your message, you also get the option to remove it for everyone in the chat. Easy peasy!

Swipe left on the conversation, tap 'More', and then tap 'Delete'. Quick and painless!
On a computer? Just click on the little gear icon in the chat, select 'Delete Conversation', and say adios to those messages!
I tried deleting a message once. It felt like I'd found the quantum realm of Facebook: here, but not really gone. Just click the three dots, people.
Deleting messages might be therapeutic, but remember, it won't actually delete them from the other person's chat. *wink*
