Go to your iPhone's Settings > Game Center > Tap on your Apple ID and sign out. This will disconnect Game Center from PUBG Mobile.

Just unlink Game Center from the game. You don鈥檛 delete the account itself but achieve the same result.

You can't directly delete a PUBG Mobile account linked to Game Center. Instead, disconnect Game Center from PUBG Mobile in your device settings.
