Just hit up your Undertale folder and delete the file named 'file0' in the SAVE folder. Boom, save wiped!
No joke, it's just a quick task: go to C:\Users\[YourName]\AppData\Local\UNDERTALE and delete the 'file0' in the SAVE folder. Done and done!
Reinstall the game. Sometimes brute force solves all problems.
Don't want to mess with files? Just start a new game, and when saving, overwrite the old slot. Easy-peasy!
