Drive up to your base, enter the supply locker or storage room, and press the button to deposit the rucksack. Congrats, you did it!
You gotta transport the rucksack back to your base, then access the storage area or supply locker to deposit it. Simple as that!
Press E to pick up, then head to base and press E to drop off. Done and done.
Just bring it to your base and deposit it at the storage facility. Boom, you're a hero!
