Don't bother trying to destroy a lens-equipped Warframe. Instead, go to the Arsenal, click on the Lens in the Upgrade section, and uninstall it first.
Just sell the Warframe in the Inventory. Lens equipped? Who cares? You can't salvage it anyway.
If you're set on getting rid of your Warframe with a lens, strip all its mods and lens in the Arsenal first, then sell it in your Inventory. Been there, done that!
