When you take on a Plague Heart, use fire and explosives for best results. Bring a mix of Molotovs and pipe bombs, then throw them at the heart while keeping zombies at bay. Team up with fellow survivors if you can!
From experience, I'd suggest always bringing a buddy for backup. One of you can distract the zombies while the other focuses on the heart. Teamwork makes the dream work!
Forget fancy strategies, just bring a vehicle and run it over! It's crazily effective and kinda hilarious.
