Just hit 'em hard in the right stage spot, usually with a level 3 super or heavy attack.
From my experience, the easiest way is to use a super attack at the edge of the stage. They go flying, and BOOM, stage destroyed!
You gotta finish your opponent with a heavy attack or a super move in certain stages! Look for those transitions!
Don't overthink it: use a big move and hope for the best!
