How to Disable Ads on Instagram
Can't fully disable ads, but you can limit them by adjusting your ad preferences in the settings. Go to your profile > Settings > Ads > Ad Preferences.

Unfortunately, you can't completely disable ads on Instagram. But you can hide individual ads by tapping the three dots in the top right corner and selecting ‘Hide Ad’.
Sorry, but stopping ads entirely on Instagram isn’t an option. You can click 'Not Interested' to see less of certain types though.
Honestly, ads are a part of Instagram’s ecosystem. Your best bet is hiding ads one by one if they bother you.
