How to Disable a Facebook Account
To temporarily disable your Facebook account, go to Settings & Privacy, click on Settings, then Your Facebook Information, and select 'Deactivation and Deletion'. Choose 'Deactivate Account', follow the steps, and your account will be hidden until you log back in. Easy peasy!
