How to Disable the Friend Request Button on Facebook
You can't completely disable the friend request button on Facebook, but you can limit who can send you requests. Go to Settings > Privacy, find 'Who can send you friend requests?' and choose 'Friends of friends'.

Unfortunately, there's no way to totally turn off the friend request button, but you can make it so only friends of your current friends can send requests by adjusting your privacy settings.
Hot take: Just deal with the requests. If they bother you, block 'em! Problem solved.
