To disable kits in Bedwars, go to a custom game, then you can change the game settings before starting to turn off kits for everyone.
Hop into a custom match, type '/disablekits all' in the chat, and voil脿! No kits for anyone.
From personal experience, custom matches are your best bet. Before starting, you can mess around with the game settings and disable kits!
