Just go to Settings, find the AI preferences, and turn it off. Easy peasy!
Honestly, you can't fully disable Meta AI, but you can tweak some privacy settings.
In the Facebook app, head to the menu > Settings & Privacy > Settings > Ads Preferences > Ad Settings > Manage Data and turn off 'Meta AI usage.' It's a bit buried, but it's there!
