PUBG Mobile doesn't officially support controllers on its smartphone versions. If you're using a third-party app like Octopus to enable controller support, just uninstall the app to disable it.

Just remove the third-party app you're using. PUBG Mobile works best with touch controls anyway!

I tried using a controller and ended up just uninstalling the third-party app. The game runs smoother without it!
