Use a video capture device like Elgato. Connect PS3 to Elgato via HDMI, and Elgato to PC via USB. View and play through the capture software.

Get yourself an HDMI capture card, connect the PS3 to the capture card, and then connect the capture card to your PC. Use software like OBS to view and record the feed. This method works great for streaming and capturing gameplay!
