If you're on Mac, head to ~/Library/Application Support/com.tobyfox.undertale/ and delete the save files.

Easiest way? Just uninstall and reinstall the game through Steam. It'll wipe everything clean.

You gotta delete the save files manually! Go to the game's save directory: C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\UNDERTALE and delete the files there.
