From experience: Go to your Creator Dashboard, find the 'Community' tab, and hit 'Manage Polls.' It's all pretty intuitive.
Poll? Just use /poll command in chat. Simple as that.
If you're a streamer, you can also use the Creator Dashboard. Go to 'Community,' then 'Manage Polls,' and click 'Create a New Poll.' Boom, poll done.
