Alright, here's the trick: wait for the target circle to shrink to about half the size of the Pokémon, then throw your curveball with a nice spin. Practice makes perfect!
Honestly, just keep practicing those curveballs and timing your throws! You'll get the Excellent eventually.
My top tip is to use berries to keep the Pokémon still. Then wait for the target circle to be at its smallest and throw a curved Poké Ball.
Spin the Poké Ball for a curveball and throw when the shrinking circle is at its smallest. Precision is key!
