How to do Arbitrations in Warframe?
First, you need to have all nodes on the Star Chart completed to unlock Arbitrations. After that, just visit the Arbiters of Hexis in any relay and they'll point you to the Arbitration missions. It's a tough mode, but the rewards are worth it!
