Custom matchmaking is only available if you have a custom matchmaking key from Epic Games. If you don’t have one, you might be outta luck for now.

To do custom matchmaking in Fortnite, you'll need a custom matchmaking key. Epic Games usually grants these to content creators or during special events. Enter the key in the 'Custom Options' menu before starting a game!

Using custom matchmaking in Fortnite involves getting a key from Epic. Go to the game mode selector, click 'Custom Options,' enter your key, and start matchmaking!

From my experience, getting a custom matchmaking key requires reaching out to Epic Games for special events or being a content creator. Once you have it, use the 'Custom Options' button in the game selector.

If you're a Fortnite player looking for extra v-bucks, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Fortnite gift card, which you can win and use to get v-bucks essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
