As someone who's played Undertale way too many times, I can tell you there's no way to just have endless fights. But that's the point! Replay the game, explore different choices, and see all the endings. It's worth it!
Just restart a new game and make different choices! However, the true magic in Undertale comes from sparing enemies and experiencing the story's multiple endings.
You can't really 'do free fights' in Undertale in the traditional sense, but you can replay the game and choose to fight different monsters or enemies each time. Each playthrough can be unique and offer different experiences!
