How to Perform Hadouken in Street Fighter 4 on Xbox 360
When I played SF4 on Xbox 360, I found that a smooth quarter-circle forward motion with the joystick followed by a punch worked like a charm for Hadouken. Practice makes perfect!

To unleash a Hadouken with Ryu or Ken in Street Fighter 4 on Xbox 360, press the down direction on your joystick, slide it to the down-forward direction, then press forward + punch. Easy peasy fireball!
