Practice, practice, practice! Use the option at the Relay to make sure you're ready before you take the real deal. Trust me, it helps!
Mastery tests unlock as you gain Mastery XP. Visit Cephalon Simaris at a Relay to start your test. If you fail, wait a day and try again.
Don't stress too much! If you fail a test, you can retry after 24 hours. Just practice and you'll get it next time.
