You need to unlock his second Mystic Arte to use Vengeful Scourge. Start by building up 4 BG (Break Gauge) during battle, then hold L2 while pressing the Arte button during a combo. Rokurou will unleash the Vengeful Scourge in all its fury!

Just make sure you have unlocked the second Mystic Arte and have 4 BG ready. Then hold L2 and press the Arte button in a combo to see the magic.

Vengeful Scourge is done by holding L2 + Arte button when you have 4 BG if you've unlocked his second Mystic Arte. Happy slashing!

It takes practice to pull off smoothly in intense battles, but with 4 BG and the right timing, Rokurou will do it!
