To achieve the True Pacifist ending in Undertale, you'll need to spare everyone in the game, meaning you can't kill any monsters. Make sure you befriend Papyrus, Undyne, and Alphys by completing their respective side quests too!

True pacifist run? Just don't kill anything, befriend all major characters, and complete their side quests. Easy peasy!

I've done this! First, finish a Neutral run without killing anyone. Then, go back and complete Alphys' date and explore True Lab. You'll unlock the True Pacifist ending!

True Pacifist? More like, patience test. Seriously, don't harm anyone and make friends with everyone. Simple yet challenging.
