First, make sure you have the Roblox app updated and that you're older than 13. Then, go to the Settings, navigate to the ‘Privacy’ tab, and enable voice chat by verifying your age with a valid ID. You might need to tweak permissions in your iPhone settings to allow mic access too!
I got it to work by verifying my age and turning it on in settings. Make sure your iPhone's mic is allowed for Roblox!
