To do the Waterfall Proxy in Spyro 2, head to the Glimmer level. Get to the water next to the big waterfall and try to charge into it at an angle. Spyro should get pushed up the waterfall if done correctly!
You just need to charge into the waterfall at an angle and hope for the best. Timing and positioning matter, so keep practising!
Here's my method: go to Hurricos, head to the electric gate, and carefully jump while charging. Works like a charm every time!
