To do an X-Ray move in Mortal Kombat 1, you need to build up your Super Meter until it's full, then press both triggers (L2 + R2 on PlayStation, LT + RT on Xbox) simultaneously. Boom, X-Ray awesomeness!

You can do an X-Ray attack by filling your Super Meter and pressing L2+R2 (PlayStation) or LT+RT (Xbox). Simple as that.
