In Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, you unlock double jump, known as "Jedi Flip," when you reach the planet Kashyyyk and regain a lost memory through a story progression. Just press the jump button again at the peak of your jump to perform it.

Cal unlocks the Jedi Flip when he has an epiphany on Kashyyyk! Use it by double-tapping the jump button mid-air.
