Honestly, just get a gaming PC or console. Apex Legends is a heavy game and most Chromebooks can barely handle Google Docs without wheezing.
Been there, done that! Installed Linux on my Chromebook and got Apex Legends through Steam. Worked like a charm, though it did heat up quite a bit. Make sure your Chromebook's specs can handle it!
