Nope, you can't. Blizzard games aren't available on Steam Deck because they're exclusive to the Blizzard launcher. So, technically, you're out of luck here.
Been there, done that! You gotta go through the desktop mode on your Steam Deck to set up a Windows partition. After that, installing the Blizzard app is a piece of cake. Played Overwatch on mine, and it's smooth sailing!
