Not gonna lie, DLCs are cool but can be a money pit. Maybe try mods if you're on PC? They have tons of custom characters!
To download new characters in Dragon Ball Xenoverse, you'll need to purchase and install the DLC packs from your console's or PC's store. Once downloaded, the characters should appear in your roster automatically!
To get more characters, simply go to the marketplace on your gaming platform and look for the available DLCs. Make sure you have enough space!
I got a bunch of characters by getting the season pass. Quicker and sometimes cheaper in the long run if you're planning to get multiple packs anyway!
