Actually, you might wanna consider using the built-in browser 'cause it's optimized for Steam Deck. Chrome's cool, but the native vibe gives you that seamless gaming-to-web transition.

I've been there, done that. Installed Chrome on my Deck without a hitch. Remember, switch to Desktop Mode first, or you'll feel like you're trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. Desktop Mode is your golden key!

Downloading Google Chrome on your Steam Deck is a bit like a secret level in a video game, but totally doable! First, you'll need to enter Desktop Mode. Then, open up the Discover Software Center (it's like the Steam store, but for software). Search for 'Google Chrome' or just 'Chrome', click install, and bam! You're ready to surf the web.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
