Most of the time, the Public Test Server (PTS) shows up in the Steam Library automatically once you own the main game. Just search for ‘PUBG PTS’ in your Library and install it.

To download the Public Test Server for PUBG, you need to first make sure you have PUBG installed. Then, on Steam, go to your Library, find PUBG, right-click and go to the Betas tab under Properties. Select the Public Test Server from the drop-down menu and let it download.
