You can't drag bodies in Starfield. Just use your imagination and pretend the bodies are naturally rolling around in zero gravity!
From my experience in the game, dragging bodies isn't a built-in feature. Probably because they were aiming for the exploration vibe over the 'galactic cleanup crew' simulation!
