As someone who's drawn him a bunch, I recommend beginning with basic shapes: circles and ovals for the head and body. Then, add the details like the spikes on his knuckles and his shoe designs. Practice makes perfect!
First, sketch a circle for the head and a bean shape for the body. Add Knuckles' signature dreadlocks and boxing glove hands. Finish up with his big shoes and fierce expression!
