Get a reference image! Trust me, it makes things soooo much easier. Start with light lines for the basic shape and anatomy, then gradually add details and shading. Practice makes perfect!
You can just trace a picture of Spider-Man if you want it to look perfect. No shame in that game!
I always start with the iconic mask shape, adding in those large Spidey eyes. Then I work on the muscles and pose. For the webs, use light, quick strokes to give them an organic look.
