Drifting in GTA V is all about balancing the gas and brake while turning. Start by heading into a turn and tap the handbrake (default is R1 on PlayStation, RB on Xbox, or Spacebar on PC) to start the slide. Then, steer into the skid while adjusting with the gas and brake to keep the drift going. It takes some practice, but once you get it, you'll be drifting through Los Santos like a pro!

Pro tip: Use cars with good handling and rear-wheel drive for easier drifting. Also, modding your car for better traction can help big time!

Just smash the handbrake and pray. Works every time... or, you know, almost.

Honestly, drifting in GTA V isn't about the how, it's about the where. Find a good, empty parking lot to practice. You won't nail it on the streets with traffic and lamp posts as your audience.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
