Easy peasy! Just press the secondary weapon button (default is spacebar) to drop all bombs at once. Boom!

Go to your controls settings and find 'Drop All Bombs' under the secondary weapon controls. Assign a key and let 'em fly!

From experience, I can tell you that using the spacebar while flying a bomber will release all bombs at once. Check your controls if it doesn't work.
